The Capital Science & Engineering Fair is open to all high school students residing in the following counties in South Central Wisconsin:

∙ Dane
∙ Dodge
∙ Green
∙ Iowa
∙ Jefferson
∙ Lafayette
∙ Rock
∙ Sauk
Any number of students from a school may participate. Students may participate individually or as a team of two or three.
